How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- For the sake of the planet, we prefer you to return in the original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for a UK return: you will be sent a pre-paid UK shipping label.
- If you are trying to return an item from outside the UK, this is not the correct portal. Please arrange your own return shipping (at your cost).
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return as promptly as we can, usually within 48 hours of receipt by us but please bear with us during busy periods.
- If the item is damaged or otherwise unsuitable for refund, we will email you to let you know.
- Refunds are made by way of a credit to your original method of payment.
