Faulty or damaged items

If items are damaged or faulty when you receive them, please return your items within 21 days of receipt (see Returns and exchanges) and please complete the returns label accordingly. On the returns label, please select an exchange or refund, and where items delivered in the UK are faulty (or we made a mistake with your order) we will be happy to refund your postage costs. Please note that items damaged by wear and tear are not classed as faulty. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
