Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know by email (to customersupport@nomaswimwear.com) or by completing returns label (in your postage box) within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Please return your item(s) in a fully re-saleable state (with the garment unmarked and the purchase labels still attached). To keep your item(s) in a re-saleable state, and for hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. All returns should be sent to Noma Swimwear (Returns), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. We offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour and/or size, subject to stock availability, and if we are able to exchange there will be no charge for the cost of the delivery of the new item(s) to you. If you request a refund, we will refund you the price that you paid for the item(s) and, if you paid delivery charges, the standard delivery costs of sending the item(s) to you in the first place.  (Please note that if you paid for express delivery charges on the initial order, you may be refunded only the standard delivery charge.) Unfortunately you will need to pay postage for the return of unwanted or exchangeable item(s) to us, unless you are returning faulty goods or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend that you use a posting service that provides proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post. All refunds will be made to the card or Paypal account used when placing the original order, and we aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt of returned items. We reserve the right to refuse a return (by sending it back to you) where you have not returned it in accordance with this policy or with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.
