Express delivery is by Royal Mail special delivery and guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day where orders are placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday using this service are guaranteed by 1pm on Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and before 1pm on Monday are guaranteed by 1pm on Tuesday.
For all standard deliveries we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of you placing it, but sometimes we will miss that target and, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss (including without limitation consequential or indirect loss) arising from our failure to despatch your order within that target. Time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract between us. We may deliver the items to you in instalments if that is convenient for us.
