You will receive an email from Hermes to allow you to track your standard UK delivery. Orders of single items (excluding baseball caps) will usually fit through a standard letterbox without the need for you to be home. However, for larger orders (and caps) someone will need to be at the delivery address. If that might be problematic, you can specify a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel if no one is present via the Hermes tracking email, but we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing after being left in the safe place. Hermes will attempt to deliver three times before your order is returned to us, and we will then cancel your order and issue a refund (less any delivery charges).
