Returns, Exchanges & Right to Cancel
Need to return or exchange something? We aim to make the returns and exchange process as easy as possible.
Returns
If you are in the UK, please visit our returns portal within 21 days of receiving your order. Simply enter your order number (4 digit number from your confirmation email and your delivery slip) and your email address to create an Evri pre-paid returns label. Please print and return to us.
Outside the UK, we kindly ask you to cover the postage costs back to us (and we recommend that you use a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post).
Please ensure that items you return are in a fully re-saleable condition (with the garment(s) unmarked and the hangtag still attached). Kindly try on swimwear over underwear. We will process your refund within 3 working days of receipt of your returned items. Refunds will be credited to the card or Paypal account originally used to make your purchase. Any expedited delivery fee or overseas postage that you paid will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size or colour, we’d be delighted to arrange that, subject to stock availability. Simply follow the returns process above and also email customersupport@nomaswimwear.com with your request and we’ll respond promptly to let you know the available options. The returns conditions set out above apply equally to exchanges.
Right to Cancel
In addition to the above policy, under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel any online order within 14 days after the date on which you receive your order from Noma Swimwear. If you wish to cancel all or part of your order, please let us know by email (to customersupport@nomaswimwear.com) or by phone (+44 (0)7989 331663). We will email you our standard cancellation form, although you are not obliged to use this. As with our standard returns policy above, if you’re in the UK, you can use our returns portal to create a pre-paid returns label. Simply print, attach to your returns box (and we’d be delighted if you would reuse your original packaging for this) and drop off your box at any Evri retailer. Outside the UK, we kindly ask you to cover the postage costs back to us (and we recommend that you use a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post). Under the Regulations, you need to send your items back to us within 14 days of contacting us to cancel your order.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty, damaged or we made a mistake with your order, firstly please accept our sincere apologies. We want to be the best swimwear brand, so we’ll always try to deal quickly and fairly with any problems. Please email us (customersupport@nomaswimwear.com) or phone us (+44 (0)7989331663) to give us the chance to sort it out swiftly. That will include us refunding any postage costs that you might incur. Please note that items damaged by wear and tear are not classed as faulty. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
