78% ECONYL (regenerated polyamide from ghost fishing nets) and 22% Lycra XTRALife.

Machine wash at 40 degrees. No bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron maximum 110 degrees. Dry clean (perchloroethylene).

FAQs

How do these sit on the hips and around the thighs?

In the smallest sizes, these bikini bottoms sit close to waist height, and in the older sizes, they are lower rise, with a progression in rise along the sizing range. They are fully elasticated at the top and thighs so they stay in place even for skinny legs. If your child is larger than average or if in doubt, please size up. 

Where are the bikini tops?

Er, we haven’t done any bikini tops yet as we focus on sun protection, so these bikini bottoms are designed to coordinate with our rash vests. 

How does the quality of recycled fabric compare to virgin polyamide fabric?

We use ECONYL yarn in our signature fabric for our swimwear. ECONYL is the industry leader for quality regenerated polyamide. When the ECONYL is created from post-consumer waste including ghost fishing nets, the regeneration process takes it back to a molecular level so the regenerated polyamide that is created is the same as virgin polyamide. There is no compromise on quality.
