78% ECONYL (regenerated polyamide from ghost fishing nets) and 22% Lycra XTRALife.

Machine wash at 40 degrees. No bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron maximum 110 degrees. Dry clean (perchloroethylene).

How warm are these long-sleeved swimming costumes?

The main function of the long sleeves is to provide UPF50+ sun protection for the arms in hot weather rather than for warmth in cold water, but the extra coverage along the arms will provide a modest amount of warmth when worn in cooler water. Perfect if your child is finding their swimming lessons a little too cold. 

Why does my swimming costume not come with a hygiene strip?

We don’t do hygiene stickers inside any of our swimwear because these stickers are single use plastic. Please try on your swimwear over underwear until you are sure you don’t need to return it.

Will these swimming costumes become see-through when wet?

Absolutely not. For total peace of mind we have double lined the swimming costume, but even a single skin of this fabric is completely opaque when wet and dry.
